Breathing Exercise-The Best Remedy for all your Health Issues

Hello Guys,

Today i would like to speak about breathing exercise which will be more useful to you follow these steps on empty stomach for better results:

1. Inhale through your left nostril  and exhale from your right nostril, continue this for 4-5 minutes. (Don't do this exercise hardly,breath naturally).

2. Inhale and exhale from both the nostrils continuously with faster rate by focusing on tip of the nose for 2-3 minutes.

If you feel you nostrils are blocked, first do joking on the small place after some time your nostrils will be free and you start the exercise.
