Top 05 Natural remedies for all diseases
Hello guys,
With my experience in Yoga & Meditation i would like to add few points:
1.For any health complications in the body the main reason is the wrong coordination between left and right parts of the body.
2. So to overcome this one need to yoga and mediation/Pranayama.
3. For every 45 minutes during day time minimum of 3-5 minutes walking need to be done for free movement of blood in the entire body.This will prevent us from heart related diseases.
4. Always don't eat the food which doesn't taste good for tongue this is because the brain creates a red signal to digestive system.So if you still eat you will be in trouble.By doing so ones digestive system will be improved
5. Daily chanting any mantra will help you cleanse the chakras from vishudda to muladhara. By doing this any ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat) problems can be avoided.
